Dear Plantain People,
We are happy to announce the opening of stall bookings for Dodo Festival 2018. We are calling on all food, fashion, art and lifestyle vendors to be part of this amazing experience: a celebration of fried plantain.
Please note that there are very limited stall spaces available and stall bookings will be done on a first come, first serve basis, so we urge you to please book your stall spaces as soon as possible. We also have a very strict NO STALL SHARING policy.
There are 2 stall categories : Ripe and Unripe stalls each with their own different features. It is mandatory for food vendors to be creative with fried plantains on their menu.
