DRESS THE PART
Each morning, we have to go through the almost ritual of standing in front of our wardrobe to find what to wear. Whether its a big event or just dressing up daily, there always is the underlying question on 'who do I want to be today?'.
Start your day the way you want, by dressing the part you want. Be it sleek, grungy, edgy, classy, casual or what may, make a put together outfit look effortless with just a few tips.
For the sleek look, you can never go wrong with stripes (nautical, pinstripe, roman). Stripes are very forgiving (if worn right) and can help with optical illusions (slimming or exaggerating). Preppy nautical stripes, with a pair of light wash jeans screams cool. You can easily change up the sleek look, by switching for light wash jeans to a more edgy ripped destroys.
Also, a basic pin stripe button down, is not only comfortable, but versatile. Pair it with a detailed neon type mini skirt (1)
Or printed pants/trousers and a monotone blazer to pull it together.
Step any outfit up with a pair of heels. Ankle strapped heels with with short shorts speak playful but sexy.
Opposites attract, dress down a pair of serious dress pants or skirt with a cool comical tee to balance it out.
It doesn't matter which side of the bed you wake up on...style your mood and start your day.
