KONAMIII2015 is the 3rd edition of the first ever inter-orphanage homes football competition/charity soccer fiesta in Lagos.
KONAMI was born out of a passion and need to help the less privilege/orphans in the society by blending the idea of football, entertainment and charity to raise funds, provide gifts and give orphans a sense of belonging in the society.
The event is in its 3rd year and has experiences two extremely successful editions with at least 2,500 youths getting involved every summer in Lagos.
The aim of the event is to provide orphanage homes with practical support through sports, advance their rights, improve their minds, bridge the gap between the privilege and the less privilege in the society and most importantly, to give them a better future.
KONAMIII is a one day event which will hold on 25th July, 2015 at the Campos Mini Stadium, Igbosere, Lagos Island, at exactly 10:00am.

2) Team Ruby (Female Team) Vs Team Platinum ( Celebrity Female Team)
3) Proposed YBNL team vs Mavin Records Team
4) Orphanage Homes Games
With a 1,000 Naira Minimum donation at the gate

Past Referees have included Falz and Sean Tizzle in 2013. While Patoranking and Korede Bello were present in 2014!
Every year, official referees are given Widespread Publicity, Awards and Honorarium.
Dodo Gang was opportuned to catch up with one of the organisers, Demola Agbakosi and asked him to give us a brief overview of what Konami is all about.. In his words were "Happiness, passion and enthusiam, a concise summary of Konamii. Like a cliche of wishes, our purpose is to continually bring joy and love to the heart of the less privileged children (orphans) in unlimited ways. We at Konamii believe that as we create happiness, we automatically develop happiness for others in the most endearing ways.
The #KonamiiSpirit (as we call it)! Once a year, specially designed to emit the "summer wonders"-football matches, side attractions, overwhelming communications and othher impressive activities to keep the mindset of fun and an alert to the innate greatness.
